Technology & Curiosity

I've spent 20 years figuring out how people buy things online. Started as a consultant, shipped dozens of e-commerce projects across industries. Now I run the product org at Notino: 4 teams I hire, grow, and push to own their domain. 27 markets, 1B+ EUR flowing through the interfaces we build.

Outside of work, I build things with AI. Not demos, not tutorials. Desktop apps, internal tools, prototypes that solve problems I actually have. Building with AI flipped my relationship with software. I went from speccing features to shipping them myself, often in a single evening.

I'm most interested in where AI changes the actual craft of product work. Not the pitch decks. The decisions, the prototyping, the speed at which you can test ideas against reality.

01

Notino

Leading 4 product teams across the full purchase funnel. Search, product pages, checkout, app. Web + App | 1B+ EUR revenue | 27 markets | 80M+ monthly sessions.
02

People & Teams

Hiring, growing, and getting out of the way. I build teams that own their outcomes. My job is to set direction, remove friction, and make myself less needed over time.
03

AI

Daily driver, not a side interest. From product analysis to building apps in a single sitting. I pick whatever model gets the job done. Less interested in benchmarks, more in what actually ships.
04

Product Ownership

20 years of separating signal from noise. Roadmaps that survive contact with reality. Stakeholder alignment without the theater. Shipping over strategizing.

Data Interpretation

Numbers tell you what happened. Figuring out why takes more than a dashboard. I combine analytics, user research, and old-fashioned judgment. Then I make a call.

And when the work stops?
